trustangle × NHJ · Phase 2 · the full field
Two live sites, four register versions, four homepage directions, and the content layer that was missing — assembled so the choice can be made by looking, not describing. Open any tile.
00 — What changed today
The strategy is no longer a proposal to argue — it's validated. RMZ/Moaiad independently built an advisor-first site on the identical Understand·Decide·Deliver·Sustain spine, with the same independence wedge and the same NEOM case study. Two teams, one conclusion.
So the open question isn't "advisor or vendor" anymore. It's register and distinctiveness: RMZ's clean editorial that's already built, versus a more distinctive treatment that won't read like every other consultancy.
And both live sites were missing, or over-doing, the same content. This kit now includes the industries, ecosystem, and "what we do" pages that make the site show what the company actually does.
01 — The two live sites
The engineered register built for real: visible hairline grid, mono labels, quiet-serif hero, the cut used sparingly. Twelve sections + a complete footer — customers, resources, careers, company, all present. This is the recommendation.
Open the homepage → RMZ · built · liveAdvisor-first, our exact method spine, independence FAQ, NEOM case study. Register: quiet serif on warm paper — essentially "The Institution" (A), pure editorial without the engineered skeleton.
trust.rmz-dev.tech ↗ external live · the catalogThe catalog: 70+ products, 19 industries, 7 services, 18 testimonials. All substance, no judgment — the thing the repositioning flees. Kept here as the "before."
trustangle.com ↗ external the auditFeature-by-feature: what's missing, what's bloat, what to restore. The keep/drop calls, argued. Read this first.
Open the audit →02 — The register question
All say the same thing. Only the register — how institutional, how distinctive, how engineered — changes.
Quiet serif, warm paper, imageless. Conventional, calm, already shipped. The safe, recognizable advisor look.
See it live ↗ A-on-B · council-ratifiedEditorial voice on an engineered grid skeleton. More distinctive — proves systems discipline as well as counsel. The council's 6–0 pick.
Open → route 2 · grid builtThe B skeleton the council named but nobody had built: visible hairline grid, mono labels, the cut used once. This is A-on-B actually executed.
Open → v1 / v2 / v3The ratified A-on-B, the unratified facet system, and the route-2 grid — same page, three design languages, side by side.
Open the 3-way →03 — The homepage directions
Same strategy, different front doors — from a quiet editorial page to a fully guided flow.
Opens on three real decisions with trade-offs, a "when we say no" section, and the readiness check mid-page. Council-adopted, inside A-on-B.
Open → D03 · the instrumentA 3-step diagnostic that returns a written reading. Not the homepage (SEO + council), but the strongest independence-wedge content — belongs at Section 11.
Open → D04 · new · the wizardTwo questions — who's asking, what's the situation — then a tailored reading and the relevant pages. Built fresh; the "wizard" you remembered.
Open → the hero voteSame hero copy in A-on-B / C / D — the register decided on identical words. From the original meeting kit.
Open →04 — The missing layer (new)
The substance both live sites got wrong — one drowned in it, one dropped it. Built in the advisor register: industries as decisions, integrations as proof of independence, capability stated plainly.
Ten sectors (consolidated from the live site's 19), each shown as the one decision it faces — not a tagline. Answers "do you know my sector?"
Open → newWhat they integrate, as text wordmarks grouped by job — framed as "why our recommendation can be honest." Plus the 9 group companies.
Open → newThe method, six business units, and "when we say no" — the plain-statement page the live site never had.
Open → referenceThe original Hospitality + ERP decision-framework page the council called more important than the homepage.
Open →05 — Side by side
