Arabic is not a mirrored afterthought here — the grid is built with logical properties, so right-to-left is the layout behaving correctly. The serif spine holds its authority in both scripts.
The Arabic display face must be commissioned or licensed properly. A system fallback will not carry this register at scale.

Serif display over a white canvas with one accent, soft shadows and pill buttons is the most recognisable default look on the web right now. For a site whose entire argument is “we are not like the others,” landing on the internet's house style undercuts the thesis.
The built version uses Fraunces — the typeface of the closed 2026 vendor-era report to this same client. If they saw that document, it imports the association we are trying to leave.

The Arabic in the built prototype is genuine and running today — a true RTL mirror, not a toggle bolted onto an English page. That is already ahead of most of the field.
The register itself is the concern, not the Arabic. The look is the web's current default, and defaults do not read as an independent institution.
Fonts load from a CDN — the built file needs internet in the room. The other registers here use system faces and run offline.

This register is carried by architectural photography of real delivered work — OAK Village at NEOM, Golf Saudi venues. No such asset exists today, and stock imagery would defeat the entire point. The plate is left honest rather than faked.
The Arabic sets the grid and the English follows it — the headline pair shares one baseline with Arabic leading. Most “of the Kingdom,” warmest to a government-adjacent buyer, and it flatters the Vision 2030 narrative.
This is the crowded direction — every ambitious Saudi corporate is converging here. Distinction depends entirely on photographic quality. With average photos it disappears into the sea it is swimming in.
Choosing D is choosing to commission a photography shoot. That is a budget line and a timeline no other register carries — worth knowing before the vote, not after.

In Arabic this register is at home rather than translated — which is the entire argument for it. The Arabic headline leads in both language views, because in D the Arabic is the design original.
