trustangle × NHJ · Phase 2 · content audit
A feature-by-feature audit of trustangle.com against every concept version we've built — what's genuinely missing, what was rightly cut as vendor bloat, and what has to come back before this ships.
00 — The finding
The repositioning correctly fled the catalog. But in stripping the 70-product logo wall, we also stripped the three things a buyer actually needs to see: which industries you serve, what you integrate with, and what you do. The live site is all substance and no judgment. Our versions are all judgment and no substance. Neither ships.
The answer is not "add the catalog back." It's to show the same substance as evidence of judgment rather than as a menu.
The live site lists 70 products to say "we sell everything." The rebuild should show the same 70 to say "we're vendor-neutral, so we can name what actually fits you and be held to it." Same facts, opposite argument.
01 — Feature matrix
| Live-site feature | In our versions? | Call | Why |
|---|---|---|---|
| 19 industry pages | 1 built (Hospitality) | Restore | Buyers search for their own sector. Binding requirement #2 already says these must carry decision frameworks. This is the biggest gap. |
| 70+ integration products, 13 categories | ~14 as examples | Restore | As a curated ecosystem — proof of independence, not a menu. Voice rule: text wordmarks, never a logo wall. |
| "What we do" — capability overview | implicit only | Restore | Every version shows the method but never plainly states the six business units / what the firm delivers. A buyer can't tell what you actually do. |
| Group / portfolio companies | named once in D02 footnote | Restore | Reachware, Workiom, Eddekhar, Jigsaw, Golfy, Lynnc, Silver Foundation, RMZ — the group IS the independence story. Show it. |
| Method spine (Understand·Decide·Deliver·Sustain) | yes — all versions | Keep | The signature. Already the strongest thing we have. |
| Readiness check / diagnostic | D02 §11 + D03 | Keep | The only advisor-tier decision tool in the field. Council-ratified mid-page. |
| Case study (OAK Village NEOM) | D02 proof section | Keep | Deal-tombstone format is exactly the register. Add 2–3 more. |
| 7 service cards (AI, IoT, SaaS…) | absent | Drop | "Unlocking the Power of AI" is generic vendor theater — the exact thing the repositioning flees. Fold capability into the method, don't list buzzword services. |
| 18-testimonial carousel | absent | Drop | A carousel of 18 quotes reads as a vendor collecting logos. Replace with 3 named case studies as evidence. |
| Blog / newsletter / campaigns | absent | Drop mostly | Keep a single "Insights" slot for genuine thought leadership; drop the newsletter/campaign machinery. |
| Download Company Profile · Request Demo · Free Consultation | replaced by paid diagnostic | Drop | Three transactional CTAs. The register's CTA is the paid diagnostic credited toward engagement. One CTA, not four. |
| "Be our Partner" section | absent | Drop | Partner-recruitment belongs on a sub-page, not the homepage of an advisor. |
| Bilingual EN/AR | yes | Keep | Binding requirement #1 — Arabic as an equal grid. |
02 — The two you asked about
Not on disk because it was never a file — it's deployed at trust.rmz-dev.tech. Audited live. And the finding is significant: RMZ independently arrived at almost exactly our strategy.
Hero: "Your trusted technology advisor in Saudi Arabia… we recommend the technology your business needs — then deliver and support it." Two services: Advisory + Delivery, "one team held to one standard." Process: Understand → Decide → Deliver → Sustain — our exact spine. Same OAK Village NEOM case study. An independence-led FAQ ("Are you independent, or tied to specific platforms?").
Register: large quiet serif on warm paper, teal accent, imageless type-led hero — essentially register A, "The Institution." Close to what the council ratified, but pure-A editorial without the B engineered skeleton.
No distinct wizard file. The closest existing things are D03 (the 3-step tool) and D02's readiness check — the "wizard" you remember is most likely D03. The only true multi-step wizard in the source is a back-end Pre-Sales Agent 8-step flow — an internal ops tool, not a homepage.
A guided/wizard homepage is a legitimate design option, so it's built fresh as DIRECTION-04 — clearly labelled a new proposal, not a recovered one.
This changes the whole exercise: the register question is no longer ours to argue in a vacuum. The client already has a built A-editorial site that validates the strategy — and solves the content gap we found.
RMZ's site has industries, technologies (integrations), services, and an FAQ — the exact "missing substance" this audit flagged. Two independent teams reaching the same advisor-first + Understand·Decide·Deliver·Sustain positioning is strong evidence the strategy is right. The real decision narrows to register and distinctiveness: RMZ's clean, conventional, already-built A-editorial versus our more distinctive A-on-B (editorial voice on an engineered skeleton) — the very thing that keeps it from reading like "another consultancy."

Flag: 19 industries with heavy overlap (Retail / Specialty Retail / Wholesale / Wholesale Distribution are four near-duplicates). The rebuild should consolidate to ~10–12 real sectors, not mirror all 19 — that consolidation is itself part of shedding catalog bloat.04 — What gets built
Three new content pages plus a new homepage direction — so the client sees choices, and the site finally shows what the company does.
| New build | Answers | Register discipline |
|---|---|---|
| Industries index | "do you know my sector?" | Each sector = one decision it faces, not a marketing tagline. Consolidated to ~10, not 19. |
| Integration ecosystem | "what do you work with?" | Text wordmarks grouped by job-to-be-done; framed as "not a menu — the capability that lets a recommendation be honest." |
| What we do | "what is this company?" | The six business units + the group, stated plainly. The page the site has never had. |
| DIRECTION-04 — the wizard | a guided homepage option | New proposal. Step-based entry that still leads with the decision, not a product tour. |
